The “I Got RYPT” Total Sports Performance Package is the ultimate sports performance package for today's competitive athlete. It is offered as either four (TSP-4), three (TSP-3) or two (TSP-2) days per week training regimen.

Total Sports Performance-4 (TSP-4) (SUMMER ONLY)

The TSP-4 package is only offered during the summer and follows a Monday-Thursday training regimen. This is the preferred program for all athletes who are reporting for fall preseason camp (football, field hockey, soccer, etc.) Each training session lasts 90 minutes and includes the following throughout the week:

Post-workout Recovery

  • Two days of linear speed training (max velocity and acceleration)
  • Two days of lateral speed, multi-directional and agility training
  • Four days of athletic based strength training
  • Four days of general and sport specific conditioning
    • Two days of running with two days of non-impact conditioning

Each session is designed and executed appropriately to ensure optimal performance and recovery between repetitive training days.

Total Sports Performance-3 (TSP-3)

The TSP-3 package is offered on a Monday-Wednesday-Friday  or Tuesday-Thursday-Friday split. This is our most popular training package and is the preferred regimen for off-season athletes. Each training session lasts 90 minutes. Each week includes the following:

Core Stability

  • One day of linear speed training (max velocity and acceleration)
  • One day of lateral speed and agility training
  • One day of multi-directional speed and agility training
  • Three days of general and sport specific conditioning
  • Three days of athletic based strength training

Total Sports Performance-2 (TSP-2)

The TSP-2 package is offered on a Monday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday split. This is the ideal program for athletes who are competing during club seasons and cannot train three times per week. Each training session lasts 90 minutes and includes the following throughout the week:

  • One day of linear speed training (max velocity and acceleration)
  • One day of lateral/multi-directional speed and agility training
  • Two days of athletic based strength training
  • Two days of general and sport specific conditioning.
