The “ADULT RYPT” program is the premier program for beginner or active adults looking for a place to TRAIN and better their lifestyle. Train like an athlete today in our ADULT RYPT training groups to increase strength, lose fat, and get in shape! Participate in a various full body, 60 minute programs to improve your overall health and fitness.

ADULT RYPT PROGRAM OPTIONS

  • PEAK PERFORMANCE: Weightroom focused class to improve all aspects of general fitness including power, strength, stability, flexibility & conditioning
  • BODY FAT BLITZ: Bootcamp style class oriented towards HIIT Training.  Increase the heart rate utilizing bodyweight and free weight exercises

SCHEDULE:

  • PEAK PERFORMANCE: Mon/Wed/Fri at 5:30 am and 7:30am and Mon/Wed at 6:30pm
  • BODY FAT BLITZ: Tues/Thurs at 6:30pm
